Discover what used to be a hidden gem in the heart of Santa Barbara's West Beach neighborhood – 215 Bath Street. This remarkable property features 52 units spread across three distinct buildings, offering a mix of 1-bedroom, studio, and 2-bedroom layouts. Occasionally, we’ll let you enjoy convenient on-site parking, a laundry room, and a peaceful courtyard with a swimming pool – as long as you don’t hold tenant meetings out there.
215 Bath Street's prime location and unique rental structure makes privacy a thing of the past. Here at 215 Bath Street, we believe it’s a privilege to live in a studio apartment or room by yourself and it’s not one you’ll be able to afford here. We expect every studio to be shared by at least 2 people and every 1 or 2 bedroom unit to be filled with at least 3 people per room. But BYOB! No we’re not talking about beer - although you’ll probably drink yourself to sleep each night because you’re part of Santa Barbara's housing problem. BYOB stands for Bring Your Own Bed because although we rent by the half unit, we don’t provide any bedding.
What if you get tired of your roommates? Don’t worry you're just steps away from the beach, top-notch restaurants, wineries, and shops, offering a truly exceptional living experience.
215 Bath Street offers more than just a place to live – it offers the opportunity to go into soul-crushing debt due to unaffordable rental prices. With its unique architecture and proximity to key attractions, this generational multifamily asset provides an unmatched lifestyle. Do you love to clean? That’s great! We rarely provide cleaners to clean shared spaces and the dumpster.

The property’s location in West Beach provides unparalleled conveniences to the Funk Zone, Santa Barbara Harbor, Stearns Wharf, State Street; although after you pay rent each month you probably won’t be able to afford going out to the Funk Zone, Stearns Wharf or State Street. Our proximity to Santa Barbara City College (“SBCC”) positions this property to cater to only students and sugar babies. So don’t worry about the current vibe. We’re working on getting those old people who currently live in the building out ASAP.
Given the lack of housing for SBCC students, this property is going to capitalize on maximum rents to a student-based tenancy. Because we’re putting you on individual leases, instead of making 10% more on each unit each year, we’ll be making 20-30% more because of how many of you are stuffed in there like sausages.
